Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care to residents
  • Monitor residents' conditions and communicate with the Nurse Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or physician as needed
  • Work closely with the Nurse Leader to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a person-centered resident-directed culture
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Valid LVN license to practice nursing in the state of California
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least two years of experience in a skilled health facility or retirement facility
  • Working knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations
