Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient infusion setting. As a key member of the healthcare team, the RN will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on medication management and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification for infusion services
  • Minimum of one year of experience in infusion services or a related field
  • BSN degree preferred
Work Environment

The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced outpatient infusion clinic environment, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
