Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Alice. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Radiologists and other medical professionals in invasive and fluoroscopic procedures, utilizing equipment to pinpoint anatomical locations.
  • Ensure exam rooms are neat, clean, and adequately stocked prior to exams, adhering to Infection Control standards.
  • Adapt to assigned patient assessment, treatment, and/or care methods to accommodate unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, age-specific, and other developmental needs.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with other imaging technologists to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
