We are seeking a talented Quantitative Analyst to become a vital member of our team, concentrating on improving insurance pricing methodologies and operational effectiveness through data analysis and machine learning.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business solutions.
  • Examine data to refine product development, marketing initiatives, and strategic business operations.
  • Create tailored data models and algorithms.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work alongside internal teams and partners to bolster data-driven business strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance, resolve issues, and identify areas for process improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify avenues for utilizing company data to enhance business solutions.
  • Analyze data to improve product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
  • Design data models and algorithms for various datasets.
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs, establish production objectives, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to support data-driven business strategies.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to inform business decisions.
  • Validate data quality and compliance, troubleshoot issues, and track progress.
  • Analyze sales processes, set targets, and maintain sales forecasts.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives with campaigns.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze extensive datasets for operational enhancements.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • In-depth understanding of data structures and relational database processes.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $115,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
