Role Description and Expectations

The Associate Creative Director - Copy is a key member of our creative team, responsible for overseeing the copy team from inception to final product. This role requires a deep understanding of our clients' marketing strategies and objectives, as well as the ability to develop and implement creative solutions that meet their needs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our clients' marketing objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is innovative and effective
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising, with a focus on copywriting and creative direction
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful creative strategies
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the life sciences industry and its marketing challenges
