Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality dental care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and get to know each patient, learning about their medical and dental history
  • Examine patients, order tests, read x-rays and test results
  • Diagnose patients and offer treatment plans and advice, which can include surgical options, management, extraction, and more
  • Educate patients in your care on proper oral health
  • Communicate with all staff to ensure everyone is aware of the patient's needs and their care plan
  • Prescribe follow-up care and prescriptions as needed
  • Document all patient care, requirements, and observations to maintain excellent records

Requirements:

  • Must hold the appropriate state license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple patients each day
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience
