Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to complete transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring carts are available and organized.
  • Assist members with transporting items, utilizing cart retrieval equipment, and promoting the company's products and services.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
