About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building relationships and providing personalized solutions to meet customers' financial needs.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect customers with the right solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
