About the Job

As an Executive Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our residents. You will work closely with our dietary manager to develop menus, manage inventory, and oversee kitchen operations. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Fine Dining Experience: Deliver exceptional dining experiences to our residents, focusing on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate our culinary team to achieve high performance standards, provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
  • Culinary Degree or Equivalent Experience: Hold a culinary degree or equivalent experience in a senior living or hospitality setting.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a culinary role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
