What We're Looking For:
We're seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Package Delivery Associates.
About the Job:
In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced package delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the driver in making deliveries on assigned routes, which may involve lifting heavy packages, working in various weather conditions, and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers in making multiple deliveries on pre-assigned routes
- Lift up to 70 pounds regularly
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid government-issued ID and proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
- The ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable and responsible attitude
- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential
