Hairdresser Specialist

Job Title: Hairdresser Specialist We are seeking a skilled Hairdresser Specialist to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions. As a Hairdresser Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our senior residents in our Long Term Care Facility. Responsibilities: * Consult with clients on hair design options * Listen to client needs to determine their preferences * Describe different hair care products and designs * Provide shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, perming, and teasing services * Build a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits * Adhere to salon safety and cleanliness standards * Manage bookings and welcome clients into the store Requirements: * Current NJ State Cosmetology license * 5 years of experience with roller sets/teasing * Ability to maneuver a wheelchair * Clientele ready "Busy Salon" with great residents * No chair rental * Must be a team player * Compassionate and friendly disposition COVID-19 Considerations: * We practice all sanitation and disinfection protocols * We are screened once daily * We ask employees to stay in the salon to avoid community spread * Masks are required Experience: * Stylist: 5 years (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) License: * Current New Jersey State Cosmetology (Required) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
