Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Snoqualmie Casino. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality foods and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and cook food to order, ensuring quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Follow recipes, times, and temperatures to produce high-quality and consistent products.
  • Adhere to all kitchen department procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation, and prevention of cross-contamination.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and operations of grills, ovens, and fryers.
  • Comparable/current cross-over experience in the venue preferred.
  • Some post-high school cooking courses preferred.
