Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers with inquiries, including freight pickup requests, rate quotes, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments.
  • Support the Service Center Manager and Account Managers in their daily tasks.
  • Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers as needed.
  • Offer assistance to Drivers during their shifts.
  • Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies.
  • May assist with payroll, data entry, freight reports, driver collect reports, billing, and filing tasks.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Legally eligible to work in the United States, at least 18 years old, and fluent in English.
