Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Healthcare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for speech and language disorders in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and other communication skills.
  • IEP Development: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with goals and strategies to support student success.
  • Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with various communication needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaboration: Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: ASHA Certification (CCC/CFY-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Skills: Strong skills in assessment, communication, and IEP development, with a commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
