Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including echocardiography, obstetrics and gynecology, and vascular ultrasound.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking into account relevant medical history and current clinical condition.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and standard protocols.
• Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of examination results, including images and reports.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field.
• Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic sonography, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of ultrasound principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
