Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including removing all trash and dirty linen.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies and linen.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including deep cleaning activities within guest rooms.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
