- Conduct Rigorous Experimentation and Model Evaluations: Conduct rigorous experimentation and model evaluations to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our machine learning models.
- Provide Guidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging data science engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ Years of Industry Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in data science or a related field.
- Expertise in Python or Java: Expertise in Python or Java with the ability to write performant production-quality code.
- Experience with SQL and Spark: Experience with SQL and Spark, as well as knowledge of cloud data environments (e.g. AWS, Databricks).

- Experience in Consumer or B2C Space: Experience working in a consumer or B2C space for a SaaS product provider or the enterprise/B2B space.
- Experience with Deep Learning: Experience in developing deep learning-based models and working on LLM-related applications.
- Ability to Solve Ambiguous Problems: Ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems, navigate through uncertain situations, and develop innovative solutions.
