The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-quality pizzas from scratch, utilizing our proprietary methods and all-natural ingredients.

• Pizza Preparation: Hand-stretch dough, top, and cook pizzas to perfection in our 600-degree brick ovens.
• Dough Management: Make and manage fresh dough made on-site and cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.
• Ingredient Handling: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Customer Service: Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.

• Age Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old to hand-stretch pizzas and 18 years old to use our mixer and food processor.
• Skillset: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sense of urgency, and demonstrates a team player mentality.
