Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and feedback to team members during shifts
- Assign tasks and duties to team members
- Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences
- Train and coach new employees
- Inspect equipment and communicate maintenance needs to management
- Count cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Address customer and employee concerns
- Resolve conflicts between team members

- Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 pounds
