Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg 1 West Unit team at Pender Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions and health needs
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures
Requirements
  • Associates degree in nursing
  • Current North Carolina Nursing License or Multi-State/Compact
  • Adaptability to accommodate a changing patient population
  • Familiarity with hospital-wide operations and community integration
