As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, including medication management and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Holiday pay.
- License and certification reimbursement.
