Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Gentle Doctor Animal Hospitals in Omaha, NE. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and providing assistance with medication refills. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and ensuring the efficient flow of clients through the clinic.
Requirements- Minimum of one year of experience in a veterinary reception or similar role
- Proficiency in veterinary management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A compassionate demeanor and a genuine love for animals
