About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team on second shift, working from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all materials used are accurate and in compliance with customer specifications and quality control programs.
  • Operate necessary equipment to complete work requirements.
  • Set up welders and other shop operations.
  • Build fixtures and other aids for shop productivity.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures for safety.
  • Train other shop employees to be more proficient.
  • Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness.
Required Skills
  • Candidates must be proficient with blueprint reading, equipment operation, welding, and burning.
Required Experience
  • 2- 5 years of experience in structural and miscellaneous fabrication.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and an AWS D1.1 Certification.
