Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Health Talent Pro. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment used in the production of commercial electrical products.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication and inspections, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including automated lines, clampers, tappers, and mechanical power presses.
  • Assist in loading coils onto automated lines and perform welder, production line, and equipment changeovers.
  • Conduct daily press and equipment preventive maintenance and lubrication, including power press inspections and safety checks.
  • Perform intermediate electrical tasks and maintain electrical safety standards.
  • Obtain hot work permits and perform tasks such as welding, cutting, and brazing.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and maintain skills and certifications as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including fire safety, fall protection, fall restraint, lifting systems safety, crane operations, and powered industrial lift truck operation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of experience or Associate Degree or Technical School Diploma in electrical, electro-mechanical, or mechanical fields with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control or electro-mechanical or mechanical maintenance, or a combination of these types of experience.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, multimeters, and measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work on any shift and work overtime, including weekends.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reside within 50 miles of the Washington, PA facility (active-duty military excluded).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
  • Team player with willingness and ability to learn and progress in the trade.
