About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer relationships across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth and Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance across our retail network.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
  3. Merchandising and Sales Execution: Collaborate with our merchandising team to develop and execute effective merchandising plans that drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  4. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  5. Business Intelligence and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
