We are seeking a skilled Environmental Attendant to join our team at Opelousas General Health System. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean patient rooms, common areas, offices, lavatories, halls, food service areas, and physician areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, stairs, and office spaces using 7 cleaning steps.
- Pull trash and linen from areas.
- Dust high surfaces in areas.
- Clean bathrooms.
- Dust mop and damp mop entire areas.
- Inspect areas for completion of assignments.
The estimated salary for this position is $ $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:- A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn and use established techniques for efficient completion of duties.
