Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key ambassador of the Burlington brand, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
  • Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
