KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Process orders efficiently, including receiving, modifying, or canceling customer purchase orders.
- Verify the accuracy of orders entered by other representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records by revising account information as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Address complaints professionally and utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Exhibit high attention to detail in all interactions.
- Generate daily production reports as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Make informed decisions to meet customer needs with management approval.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, particularly within the corrugated box industry.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Data entry experience with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
