Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for patient arrivals by setting up and calibrating necessary equipment for the scheduled assessments.
- Conduct patient interviews to identify sleep disorder concerns and clarify testing procedures.
- Administer sleep studies and any supplementary assessments as indicated.
- Analyze, interpret, and document findings from sleep studies. Provide education to patients regarding their results, sleep disorders, community resources, and support groups.
- Maintain, calibrate, and repair testing equipment, reporting any required repairs or replacements.
- Ensure adequate supplies are available for patient care.

Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of 1 year of education from an accredited program in Neurodiagnostic Services.
Licenses/Certifications
- Certification from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
Experience Requirements
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a hospital environment.
