Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality installations on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver installations on schedule and within budget
  • Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to company and client policies
  • Supervise and train technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with project engineers to define project requirements and specifications
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve installation efficiency
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to enhance their performance and career growth
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification within the first two weeks of employment
  • BICSI Installer 2 Copper and Fiber certifications preferred
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in structured cabling or related industry/construction experience
  • Minimum 3 years of supervision and/or training experience
