We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a PCU nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals who require close monitoring and frequent assessment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU setting, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
