ClubLife Ambassador

The ClubLife Concierge plays a vital role in delivering exceptional Member experiences. This dynamic individual will support project work and goals, creating memorable moments for our Members before, during, and after every visit.

• Communicate ClubLife through various channels, addressing Member needs related to reservations, inquiries, and preferences.
• Develop and execute engaging Member events, gatherings, and experiences, promoting Club services and facilities.
• Build strong relationships with Members and guests, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Support the Member Experience Team in events, marketing, and promotion, working closely with them to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Provide personalized business and concierge services to Members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Minimum one-year experience in hospitality or a similar role.
• Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional Member experiences.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, phone, text, and social media.
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
• Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

This role requires standing, walking, and exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases. The ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 100 lbs. is also necessary.

This position requires attendance as outlined on the weekly schedule, with additional hours required to meet deadlines, including weekends and/or holidays.
