Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects within the Pulmonology Research Center, including participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings.
  • Collaborate closely with principal investigators, clinicians, and research staff to develop research protocols, timelines, and study procedures, leveraging your nursing expertise.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical standards of research.
  • Utilize clinical skills to provide direct patient care and conduct study-related assessments, interventions, and follow-ups as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of New York.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research management software.
  • 2 years of clinical nursing experience, experience in pulmonary medicine a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical research coordination or related roles, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Working Conditions:

Office work demands (desk work, walking short distances between offices, standing). Exposure to research subjects who may be actively ill. Research methodologies may include procedures with some mild level of risk, such as phlebotomy.

Minimum Salary: USD $90,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $90,000.00/Yr.
