About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our members
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, making recommendations to members as needed
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
