Job Summary:

As a Café Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh food items daily for our members. Your responsibilities will include following recipes, preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken, and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.
Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Food Service experience preferred.
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred.
