Job SummaryThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in neurology and critical care nursing. As a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with neurological conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, and traumatic brain injury.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and interpret neurological data, including EEG and other diagnostic tests.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- One year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred.
