Job Description

Ally Medical Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador to provide hyperlocal brand awareness in the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with referral and community partners, working with the Brand Manager to arrange events, and assisting with CPR classes, career days, and other events requiring company representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture relationships with referral and community partners, including physician offices, urgent cares, first responders, school districts, recovery centers, and other businesses that benefit from personalized emergency care services.
  • Work with the Brand Manager to arrange events, including tabling and field marketing.
  • Assist with CPR classes, career days, school physicals, educational sessions, and other events requiring company representation.
  • Meet bi-weekly with the team to discuss effective measures and collateral needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to keep records of site visits and set a schedule for visits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to approach each client with consideration.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Degree in Communications or Marketing adjacent field.
  • Experience working in an office and good understanding of Microsoft Suite and G-Suite.
  • Customer services and/or sales experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Compliance with all privacy and security laws and internal policies and procedures.
  • Protection of sensitive data and patient information.
