Key Responsibilities:
This position is a temporary role with the potential for permanent placement, focused on the Houston Market.
Candidates must be local to the area for consideration.
This role is not intended for call center support; it is specifically for a field technician who will travel to various locations to address technical challenges as they arise.
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel and support multiple locations

The ideal candidate will be an IT Generalist with comprehensive knowledge of desktop hardware and software, telecommunications, wired and wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile technology (both iOS and Android).
