About the Role
Job Description:
As a Digital Media Strategy Director at RVO Health, you will play a critical role in driving the operational execution of digital ad campaigns, ensuring seamless system alignment and data accuracy. Collaborate with internal sales support to input insertion orders, confirming inventory availability and business controls. Partner with Pricing Yield Management to determine process for managing inventory checks during campaign execution and communicate effectively to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own system media plans aligned with internal best practices, ensuring product capabilities and business rules are respected.
- Partner with RevOps, AdOps, and Client Success teams to ensure media plans are maintained in Order Management System, accurately invoicing and booking revenue.
- Maintain day-to-day changes, optimizations, and maintenance of media plans, processing insertion order changes, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on campaign tactics and expectations.
- Take ownership of data accuracy within Order Management System and optimize processes.
- Maintain knowledge of client's business and execute media requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate strategically with AdOps and RevOps teams to lead optimal media management processes and controls.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across key areas of Media Operations, sharing insights and best practices to elevate team performance and drive innovation.
- Act as a mentor and manager to junior team members, fostering skill development, training, and professional growth.
Requirements
We seek a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience in Media Planning, Buying, or Account Management at a Media Publisher or Agency, preferably with pharmaceutical experience. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, solution-oriented attitude, strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CPUV, CPA), and pricing models. Experience using a CRM tool, Microsoft Office, Google Ad Manager, and an order management system is required. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to lead with a sense of urgency.
