**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement features with a focus on sound technical choices and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain web applications involving frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Take ownership of product direction and have the autonomy to drive innovation.
- Perform code reviews and promote best practices within the team.
- Design and build highly available, resilient, and scalable systems with a focus on quality.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer or equivalent position.
- Experience in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, and JS/TS) and web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Experience in server-side languages and architecting multi-tenancy architecture is advantageous.
- Experience in search technologies like ElasticSearch and Lunr is beneficial.
- Ability to mentor teammates and promote technical growth within the team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to set technical directions at the right level of abstraction.
