Job Overview

Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are in search of a committed Electrical Technician who will be tasked with the upkeep of production machinery, addressing and/or substituting malfunctioning parts, and executing preventive maintenance protocols. The ideal candidate will leverage automation expertise in both electronics and mechanics to set up and diagnose circuitry and control systems within machinery. This role entails working with AC & DC systems up to 480 volts, documenting maintenance and repair actions in a computerized maintenance management system, and conducting electrical maintenance across a range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement automation techniques.
  • Possess knowledge in both electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Install and troubleshoot circuitry and control systems on machinery.
  • Work with AC & DC systems up to 480 volts.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using a computerized management system.
  • Perform electrical maintenance on diverse machinery.
  • Engage with PLCs, CNCs, and multi-access robots regularly.
  • Utilize basic testing instruments such as multi-meters, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.
  • Interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, along with mechanical drawings.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will operate in a climate-controlled facility with a workforce exceeding 2000 individuals across three shifts. The site is outfitted with CNC machinery, robotic welding systems, multi-access robots, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems, along with training areas for hands-on experience with non-operational equipment. We prioritize a clean and secure environment for all personnel.
