About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a VP Transactional Risk and M&A Insurance Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with mergers and acquisitions, as well as developing and implementing insurance products to support our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop insurance products that meet the needs of our business
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance industry
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on risk management and insurance matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management and insurance
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
