Our RN Residency Program is designed to provide you with the foundation and support you need to succeed in your nursing career. You will work closely with experienced preceptors and mentors to develop your clinical skills and knowledge, and you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational and training programs.

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
