Your Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. This position offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling options, and potential for career advancement.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000, distributed over a period of time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Care: Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, provide personal care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Quality Interaction: Build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain certification as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota within a specified timeframe.
  • Basic Life Support Certification is required within a designated period for night shift positions.

Work Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays; total of 72 hours every two weeks.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with actual rates based on experience.
