Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient patient registration process, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collect and process patient payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service-based setting, such as retail, restaurant, or medical.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and functions is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18.50/hour.
  • Weekly pay cycle.
