Nail Technician

At Bally's Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring they leave our salon feeling pampered and satisfied.

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and paraffin treatments.
• Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Promote the products used in services and treatments to stimulate retail sales.
• Educate patrons on service(s) being performed and maintain knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
• Assist in monitoring cleanliness of locker rooms and treatment areas.
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Mississippi Board of Cosmetology license.
• 1 year experience as a practicing Nail Technician preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area.

The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
