Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care in post-acute settings, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities
- Administering tailored treatments and medications to patients
- Collaborating with residents and medical teams to develop care plans
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
- Discussing care options with residents and their families
- Consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary
- Collecting blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory analysis
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Accurately documenting interventions and medical histories
- Assisting in investigations of incidents, ensuring accurate reporting
- Training and supervising nursing staff
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Clinical Nurse
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of 4 months' experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital environments
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
