About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our audiology services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with hearing and balance disorders.
  • Prescribe and fit hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive listening devices to improve patients' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and incorporate evidence-based practices into your clinical work.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington Audiologist License or Temporary License.
  • Four years of related experience and/or training in audiology.
