  • Assist the Lead SCC in developing training programs for Soldiers with physical limitations who are medically cleared for strength and conditioning training.
  • Ensure that all strength and conditioning education and services are integrated with the H2F Performance Team's approved offerings.
  • Mentor and coach unit fitness leaders.
  • Provide guidance to Soldiers and unit leadership on physical strength and conditioning, focusing on injury prevention strategies in collaboration with the H2F Performance Team.
  • Identify Soldiers with potential medical issues and direct them to appropriate medical professionals for assessment and treatment.
  • Collect and analyze H2F performance data, preparing documentation and reports as required by the BDE PD and Government guidelines.
  • Recommend improvements for the H2F System to the Lead SCC.
  • Observe Brigade-specific training events as necessary.
