Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with processing prescriptions and answering phone calls
  • Verify customer identification and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
